The World Economic Forum projects that humanity will not attain gender parity globally for another 170 years.

The Womensphere Foundation aims to accelerate this timeline by strengthening and building the pipeline of women leaders and innovators around the world – so that women are equal partners in the economy and government of nations; so that women are equally helping achieve the Global Goals for Sustainable Development; so that women are equal architects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; and so that women are creating the future.

At the Womensphere Incubator Network, we are building incubators and incubator hubs across America and around the world, dedicated to strengthening the leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovative capacities of women and girls, and building multiple pipelines of emerging women leaders.

The Womensphere Incubator Network creates and delivers unique programs and public-private partnership initiatives that develop the leadership and innovation capacity of women and girls across a number of fields: business and finance, education, entrepreneurship, government and public service, media, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts & design, and mathematics), and sustainability leadership.

This 2017, we are building WIN Hubs across both urban and rural areas of the United States, the Philippines, and Internationally (Canada, Asia, Europe, Latin America & Caribbean, MENA, Africa).

Our goal for 2017:

To educate, train, inspire, and empower a quarter of a million women and girls in America and globally.

HOW YOU CAN JOIN US TO CREATE THE FUTURE:

To accomplish our goals for 2017, we are raising funding from our community before the December 2016 holidays.

We invite you to join as an Individual Sponsor or Contributor to the Womensphere Incubator Network.

You can contribute however much you like (whether $10 or $25 or $25,000 or more).

You can join as an Individual Founding Supporter, Patron, Sponsor, or Champion, and focus your Sponsorship either Globally, or Regionally (choose USA, International, or Philippines).

Every contribution counts towards enabling us to create impact!

Know that every $$ goes into the operations of building WIN globally, and building the pipeline of women and girls in leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, education, and sustainability championship all over the world.

Through your support and involvement, you will empower our team to harness the power of community, technology, creativity, innovation, and partnerships, to inspire, educate, train and empower a quarter of a million women and girls by 2017 - as we drive towards our goal of inspiring, educating, training and empowering 1 million women and girls by 2020, and 1 billion women and girls by 2030, around the world.

The WIN global initiative is the operating initiative of New Champions 5050, the global initiative for gender parity and empowering women and girls of the Young Global Leaders community of the World Economic Forum.

The WIN buildout is being operated by the Womensphere Foundation, a New York-based non-political and non-profit private operating foundation dedicated to gender equality and empowering women and girls globally.
